Our House of Portland
Meet Jon
At Our House, Jon discovered much more than stability; he found a lifeline. Skilled medication management and HIV-informed nursing brought his health back into balance, while compassionate mental health care helped him process years of fear and isolation. He discovered a community where he truly belonged, laughing with residents, creating art again, connecting with friends, and finding joy in therapy dogs, musicians, art studio time, and seasonal outings.
14 Patients Received 24-Hour Care
Our House is at capacity for the first time since 2020.
Meet Joel
Housing
Through CAP’s housing services, Joel received a second chance. While experiencing homelessness in Portland, he became ill and learned he was HIV positive. After being referred to CAP and placed on a waitlist, he secured housing just when he needed it most.
Now stably housed in the Pearl District, Joel dedicates his life to supporting others facing addiction and similar challenges.
