For nearly forty years, Our House of Portland has been a place of compassion, dignity, and belonging for people living with HIV and others navigating serious illness, complex medical needs, and housing instability. Now, CAP Northwest is officially launching the campaign that will carry this legacy into its next chapter.

This launch marks the beginning of a focused effort to strengthen critical building systems, improve resident rooms and shared spaces, support exceptional care, and add four new resident rooms so more people can receive the safe, affirming, around-the-clock care they deserve.

And this is the moment to give.

Thanks to a $200,000 matching gift from the Marcia H. Randall Foundation, every qualifying gift and pledge made by December 31, 2026, will help unlock a total of at least $400,000 for Our House

This campaign is about more than a building. It is about honoring a promise our community made nearly forty years ago: that every person deserves dignity, respect, expert care, and a place to call home.
